Shipping and Refunds

Introduction
We currently only ship in Australia. Please allow up to 10-14 days for order fulfilment, for orders with eBooks included, your eBook will be sent via email right after payment is completed. Once your product has been shipped, it will typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

Order Acceptance:
All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by Soulistic Synergy Co. We may refuse or cancel an order at any time, for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect information, or product unavailability.

Payment:
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment details. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise, and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

Shipping:
We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure prompt dispatch, but delivery times are estimates only. Soulistic Synergy Co is not responsible for postal or courier delays, lost parcels, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
We are unable to provide refunds for items shipped to an incorrect address. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping information is entered at the time of purchase.

International Shipping:
As of now, we only offer shipping within Australia. However, customers may choose to use a third-party shipping carrier at their own risk and liability. Please note that we are not affiliated with any third-party companies.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the health and hygiene nature of our Products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the Product has been opened or used.

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, or compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Please contact us to request a refund.

If you believe your Product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order, providing your order number and photographic evidence.
